Hermanus
Market Day

A wholesome space for food & community

Our Hermanus Market Day takes place at Wholeness Haven – a beautiful holistic retreat venue in Eastcliff. Located at 325 Main Road (corner Brug Street), it’s a calm, welcoming space that our members enjoy visiting each month to collect their orders.

We’re grateful to Wholeness Haven for generously sponsoring their venue, giving Harvest Club a local home in Hermanus where good food and community can flourish together.

Join Our Movement

Our Hermanus venue offers both convenience and community – a chance to pick up nourishing food and connect with like-minded locals.

We also host our Market Days in Stanford, Betty’s Bay & other locations.

Whether you’re new to food clubs or a long-standing member, you’re invited to be part of something that nourishes both people and planet.

How Market Days Work

1) Order online – Our shop opens for about 5 days each month. Members choose from organic produce, grass-fed meats, dairy, pantry goods, and health products.

2) We buy direct – Orders are combined and placed straight with our regenerative farmers and trusted, ethical brands, who then have a week to harvest, pack and deliver to us.

3) Collect your goods – On Market Day, your order is waiting for you, ready for you to collect and take home to enjoy.
Bring your own cooler bags and we’ll give you a packing sheet to tick off all your items as you pack your bags, ensuring you receive everything you ordered.

Alternatively, you can collect from one of our other Market Day venues, such as in Stanford, Betty’s Bay or Afdaksrivier.

Meet Your Host

Robynn de Klerk – or ‘Collaborator In Chief’

I started Harvest Club because I feel that small, regenerative farmers will save the world. But they need support.

The global industrial food system, with its chemical farming, feed lots and mass supermarkets, disconnects people from the source of their food, with unsustainable and disastrous consequences.

My mission is to help support those regenerative farmers and producers – the humble heroes healing our planet – through collaborating, sharing knowledge and opportunities, and creating a better win-win food system.

The Team Behind the Scenes

Harvest Club wouldn’t run without our dedicated helpers on the ground:

  • Bryan Robertson – artisan food maker, baker, and master-organiser of our fridges and freezers, who receives, checks and sorts all our cold goods. Bryan also brings the music and a fun sense of humour!

  • Mariejo Wiehe – also a food maker and food club supplier, keeping the storeroom and packing process running smoothly; and the ever-friendly and warm market day guide, where members quickly become friends!

Together, Bryan and Mariejo make sure every member receives all their food club goods with great care, smiles and often a laugh.

What is Harvest Club?

We’re co-creating a new, healthier, regenerative food system.

Harvest Club is more than a buying group – it’s part of a growing food movement:

– Supporting regenerative farmers who heal soil and ecosystems.

– Reducing waste and excess packaging.

– Strengthening community ties through shared food experiences.

– Making healthier, sustainably sourced food more accessible.

Every order makes a difference – to your health, to small farmers, and to the planet.
